it’s looking like i might actually have enough to buy two beds as i’ve already made more than the cost of the one i want and it’s only wednesday (technically thursday now i guess…). if only my room was big enough… obviously i’m not going to buy two beds, but i may spring for some nice bedding and pillows to go with it if things continue going my way. i’m gonna be sleeping like a baby in no time!
in other poker related news, i started using a new program called ‘table ninja‘ today. it’s designed to help me manage several tables at once and so far, i’m pretty impressed. because my screen is not large enough to display every table fully, i’m forced to “cascade” my tables, which means they all overlap and i can only see one at a time. what i’ve been doing is pulling my table out of the cascade to a cleared portion of the screen when i need to pay attention to an opponent’s action (ie large pots or when i have a big hand to play). with table ninja, i’m able to move tables in and out of those spots very quickly and easily with just a click of any key i designate. it does a plethora of other things, but this feature has me excited the most. i have 30 days to test it out, but i’m almost positive i’ll end up purchasing it. programs like these are the only thing stopping me from playing in the Mac OSX software. someone design something like this for Mac already!
well, i have to get up at a reasonable hour so i can go to the DMV and get my California license tomorrow, so i should say bye for now. i’ll be sure to update tomorrow on the day’s results and of course on the results of the drivers test. chao.
Excuse me, sir, but this is the California Spelling and Grammar Commission (CSGC) commissioner, Fatty. I’m calling to say that you’re from Minnesota and that, frankly, no one in MN has ever – nor will ever – use the word “ciao.”
You cheated on MN once today, sir. Don’t disgrace them a 2nd time.
dear cscg,
i believe given our proximity to mexico, and the demographic of your our, the correct spelling is in fact ‘chao.’ we’re not in italy, nor is there an abundance of italians living here.
yours truly,
the guy who actually got his california drivers license today. boom roasted.
I love you guys. I miss you both.
